Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

We use the information that you have given us in order to respond to your message or contact you directly.
We will not share this information with other organisations or individuals outside of 100Vision without your consent.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep the details that you supply to us for only for as long as is necessary for the relevant purpose. We will then securely dispose of your information when it is no longer required.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
