100Vision worked with United for Global Mental Health to launch Speak Your Mind, the ground-breaking campaign formed by grassroots campaigners in 15 countries calling on governments to invest in mental health. The launch of the campaign at the UN General Assembly in 2019 was a cornerstone in a series of moments that accelerated the global movement to tackle the growing worldwide mental health crisis.
Working with the ambitious United for Global Mental Health since its inception in 2018, 100Vision formed a small team to support from strategy to delivery across a series of high-profile activity leading up to World Mental Health Day 2019.
A narrative was built to connect moments including a new corporate partnership, the launch of Speak Your Mind at the United Nations General Assembly, an international participation campaign and a mental health section of The Gates Foundation Goalkeepers event. These built through September towards the opening in the UK of the first ever Museum of Lost and Found Potential in London.
The 100Vision team was privileged to support project planning and delivery, content development, partner coordination, social media curation and moderation, corporate partnerships and the securing of support from influential organisations and individuals, as well as international media coverage.
From Speak Your Mind trending in New York during UNGA to media reaching hundreds of millions across the world, this campaign helped supercharge the global movement for mental health.
