A global movement creating time and space for play

Bringing together the global play movement, the Real Play Coalition, led a five-year campaign to address the decline in time, space and opportunities for play that children are experiencing. In 2022, 100vision became a core part of the team, leading on the communications strategy connecting playmakers around the world and working with partners, The LEGO Foundation, Arup, IKEA, National Geographic and UNICEF, to raise the profile of the coalition.

“The insight, ambition and energy of the 100 Vision team meant we were able to exceed our targets and create a significant extra push of momentum within the play movement in the final year of the coalition. They became an integral part of the multi-partner team, providing oversight and coordination on communications on behalf of the coalition members and really engaging in what we were trying to achieve. Working together to maximise and celebrate the impact of the Real Play Coalition has shown the potential that the play movement has to improve the lives of children and I’m excited to build on this work with projects around the world.”
